Setting Up Company Branding

Consistency matters. In the Teams dashboard, upload your company logo, set your brand colors, and choose a card template. HeyDrop can even import styles from your website automatically — just enter your company URL and we’ll pull your brand colors and logo. Every card created under your team will inherit these defaults.

Adding Team Members

There are three ways to add team members. You can invite them one by one via email, bulk import via CSV file (ideal for larger teams), or share an invitation link that anyone in your organization can use to join. Each team member receives an email with a link to set up their personal card using your company template.

Managing Cards Centrally

From the Teams dashboard, admins can view every team member’s card, edit company-wide information (like office address or company phone), and lock certain fields to prevent edits. This means you can let employees customize their title and bio while keeping the company logo and branding consistent.

Distribution: Wallet Passes, QR Codes, and Email Signatures

Once cards are created, each team member gets their own shareable link, QR code, and Apple/Google Wallet pass. You can also generate NFC-enabled cards and embed card links in email signatures. For larger deployments, HeyDrop provides QR code sheets that can be printed and distributed at events.

Analytics and Reporting
