Data partners

In short
AI PRO users can enrich a contact with business facts from companies we call data partners. HeyDrop P.S.A. (Kraków, Poland) chooses the partners and is responsible for this processing.
- One contact, at your tap. Enrichment runs only when you tap Enrich on one contact you saved or scanned. There is no bulk or automatic enrichment.
- What we send. The contact's name, email address and company name. The partner that supplies company data gets only the company name or web domain.
- What comes back. About the person: job title, seniority, location and social profile URLs. About the company: industry, size, founded year, HQ, funding and website. Results are stored only on that contact.
- Who sees it. Only you, the owner of the contact. Deleting the contact deletes the results. To remove a wrong result, delete the contact or write to privacy@heydrop.app.
- The person can object. Anyone can object at any time through Remove my data from HeyDrop enrichment.

AI PRO is not part of paid Teams seats; data partners are not sub-processors under our Teams DPA.
What we never get from data partners
- Phone numbers.
- Email addresses, personal or work.
- Photos of people.
We do not ask partners for special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).
How partners use what we send them
Partners receive only the inputs listed above, one lookup at a time. HeyDrop keeps no copy of the inputs beyond the request. Each partner processes them under its own terms and privacy policy, linked in the table.
Your choices
- Remove my data. Use Remove my data from HeyDrop enrichment. Once you confirm your request by email, our team deletes enrichment results about you from all users' contacts and acts on your objection under Art. 21 GDPR, within one month. We do not delete contact entries users created themselves (the name, email and company they saved or scanned).
- Opt out with each partner. Partners run their own databases. Opting out with HeyDrop does not remove you from theirs. Use the links in the table above.
- Your other rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Art. 15 to 18 and 21 GDPR), and a complaint to a supervisory authority such as the Polish UODO. See our Privacy Policy.
- Questions. Write to privacy@heydrop.app. We answer within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
