Remove my data from HeyDrop enrichment

Who this page is for

People whose details a HeyDrop AI PRO user saved or scanned, for example from your business card. You do not need a HeyDrop account.

What happens when you send the form

• Your request: the form creates a request that our team handles. It covers your objection to HeyDrop contact enrichment (GDPR Art. 21).
• By email: we confirm that we received your request and ask you to confirm it by replying from the same email address, so that nobody can make a request in your name. We act on it once you confirm.
• Within one month: once you confirm, we delete enrichment results about you from all HeyDrop users' contacts and act on your objection (GDPR Art. 12(3) and Art. 21). We email you again when the deletion is done.

What this request does not delete

If a HeyDrop user saved your name, email address or company themselves, for example from your business card or a scan, that contact entry is the user's own record. This request does not delete it. If you also want that entry removed, say so in the message field or email privacy@heydrop.app. We handle it as a separate request.

What we keep

We keep a record of your request in Intercom, our customer support tool (US), for as long as we need to show how we handled your request. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) (Art. 5(2), 12 and 21).

Opting out with our data partners

Our data partners run their own databases. Removing your data from HeyDrop does not remove it from theirs. You can also opt out with each partner directly. The links are on our Data partners page.

Your other rights, questions and complaints

You can also ask for access, rectification, erasure or restriction. The full information about contact enrichment (legal basis, sources, recipients, retention and your rights) is in our Privacy Policy.

Send your request

Use the email address that may have been enriched. We find enrichment results by email address, so if you use more than one work address, send one request per address. We use what you enter only to handle this request.
